# Maintain compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
# Operate an assigned group of Pilot Plants.
# Collect, organize and interpret data from Pilot Plants runs and report those results to internal customers.
# Prepare Pilot Plants for operation, start-up. Control plants at specified conditions, shut down plants and troubleshoot plants when needed.
# Coordinate and perform catalyst loading and feed blending requests.
# Implement approved plant modifications.
# Communicate well with co-workers in the group and with internal customers using tools such as e-log etc.
# Recommend and implement safety, quality and productivity improvements.
# Work in rotating shifts as per ITC schedule.
# Set-up automated data collection tools, including Honeywell DCS; Excel based Plantbook, Excel Spreadsheets, LIMS and other software programs as required for ITC operations.
Additional Qualifications :
# Good oral and written communication skills.
# Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
# Computer literate - including MS word and excel.
# Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while making improvements in operations in consultation with Plant owner.
# Effective organizational skills and proven ability to meet project deadlines.

# Ability to work under minimum instructions.
